For the Green Music Center’s longtime supporter, Clover Sonoma, giving back to the community and empowering future generations is at the core of their Clover Cares initiative. Their corporate support allows us the Green Music Center to bring incredible performers from all over the world to Sonoma County, many of whom lead activities such as lectures, masterclasses, demonstrations, and workshops for Sonoma State Students, local K-12 schools, and the broader community.
This Spring, Clover Sonoma is helping to bring local, Grammy®-nominated hip hop group, the Alphabet Rockers, to Green Music Center audiences in their homes. The Alphabet Rockers will present a public online event as well as four residency activities with Sonoma State classes and local Sonoma County High School students. In addition, students from across Sonoma County will be able to access this event free of charge through their classes. Clover Sonoma is eager to support the Rockers’ work to create brave spaces to shape a more equitable world through hip-hop.
“We are proud to support the Green Music Center’s work to enrich and inspire future generations in our community,” said Marcus Benedetti, Clover Sonoma CEO. “As a B Corp Certified company, partnering with Sonoma State and the Green Music Center is an easy fit for us. We have shared values and are both looking to have impact on our North Bay communities and beyond.”
“We love the partnership with Clover Sonoma,” says Marge Limbert, Green Music Center’s director of development.” Clover Sonoma is rooted in the Sonoma County community and committed to helping like-minded organizations fulfill their missions.”
