Authentic Tickets for Green Music Center Events
Purchase your tickets directly from us! We continue to see increased activity by ticket resellers. Please make sure to purchase directly from gmc.sonoma.edu or tickets.sonoma.edu, and to look carefully at the URL of any ticket purchasing site. Many third-party resellers purchase our inexpensive tickets and sell them at a profit. Others sell invalid tickets that are fraudulent and not valid for admission.
To ensure all concertgoers obtain valid tickets, we recommend you:
1. Purchase your tickets directly from us!
Check your URL when buying tickets online to confirm that you are on Sonoma State University’s ticketing website tickets.sonoma.edu or the Green Music Center website gmc.sonoma.edu.
2. Avoid resale sites
Tickets resold through eBay, StubHub, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, VividSeats and other resale sites may not be legitimate. If you’ve already purchased tickets from a third-party, you may contact our Box Office directly at 707.664.4246 to confirm if the tickets are valid. The SSU/GMC Box Office does not replace tickets purchased through any secondary market because we do not receive the money that you paid.
3. Use a secure payment method
Always use a secure payment method for online ticket purchases. Avoid wire transfers, prepaid gift cards, or payments through apps without buyer protection.
4. Stay informed about the event
Verify the correct date, time, and current ticket availability of the event. Scammers often create fake show listings or incorrectly claim that an event is sold out to sell their unauthorized tickets at a higher price.
5. Report suspicious activity
If you suspect a scam, report it to the Green Music Center Box Office at tickets@sonoma.edu or by calling 707.664.4246.
