For longtime supporter of the Green Music Center, Cartograph Wines, creating the best wine with the smallest impact on the environment whilst inspiring social responsibility within their company and providing joy to guests is at the core of their mission. Cartograph Wines is among the top 5% of Certified B Corporations worldwide which means they have the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
Cartograph Wines is a joint venture and labor of love for Serena Lourie and Alan Baker. Their partnership with the Green began back in 2017 and it was a natural fit. Alan’s first career was in recording and producing classical music at Minnesota Public Radio. Serena and Alan were drawn to the Green Music Center for its wide range of musical presenters of musical styles and inspired to give because of the shared belief that the arts serve the community by bringing people together for a shared joyous experience. In 2017, after the fires raged through the North Bay, they saw an opportunity to support the Green as a place to gather people together and heal around something positive.
Their generosity extends far beyond the Green Music Center. Serena and Alan are active members on many boards and committees and have made it a priority to support organizations like the AV Film and the Redwood Empire Food Bank.
Each time you buy a bottle of wine from Cartograph, you’re giving back to the community and environment and collectively making the world a better place.
Corporate partnerships are critical to advancing the Green Music Center’s mission and impact. We are thankful to Cartograph Wines for their continued support of the arts and education in Sonoma County.
