How Subscription Requests Will Work

This season, the Green Music Center is introducing a new subscription request process designed to make ordering easier and reduce long wait times on the phone.

Step 1: Submit Your Request Online

Beginning on May 28 at 10 a.m., you may complete a simple online request form indicating:

  • Preferred performances
  • Seating preferences
  • Number of tickets
  • Any accessibility or special requests

Step 2: We Build Your Order

After your request is submitted, our box office team will:

  • Review your request
  • Build your subscription order
  • Contact you to confirm your tickets and process payment

Priority Order

Requests will be processed in this order:

  • Current $1,000+ Donors – beginning June 9
  • 2025-26 Season Subscribers – beginning June 11
  • General Public – beginning June 16

Why We’re Making This Change

Our previous online subscription system could be difficult to navigate, and phone lines often became overwhelmed during busy on-sale periods.

This new process allows everyone to submit requests more easily while helping our team provide more personalized service.

Do I need to call the box office when subscriptions go on sale?

Orders can still be processed over the phone, but we encourage patrons to use the online request form to reduce hold times.

When should I submit my subscription request?

You may submit a subscription request beginning May 28 at 10 a.m., when the 2026–27 season is announced. This online form will indicate your preferred performances and seating choices. 

When will I hear back after submitting my request?

Requests will be processed in this order:

  • Current $1,000+ Donors – beginning June 9
  • 2025-26 Season Subscribers – beginning June 11
  • General Public – beginning June 16

Will I still receive my donor/subscriber benefits?

Yes. Current subscriber and donor priority remains in place.

Can I purchase subscription packages in person?

The Green Music Center Box Office (located in Trione Courtyard in front of Weill Hall) will be staffed on from 10 a.m – 4 p.m. June 11–12 and June 16–17.

Can purchases still be made online or over the phone?

Subscription purchases can still be made online and over the phone beginning on the dates below.
