Ticket Holder Information for Weill Hall + Lawn

Concert Guidelines


The Weill Hall lobby opens 1 hour prior to performances; the concert hall opens 30 minutes prior to performances. 

Schroeder Hall opens 30 minutes prior to performances. 

It is suggested that you arrive 30 minutes before the performance. Please be sure to leave ample time to account for weather, traffic conditions, and parking when travelling to the Green Music Center. Out of respect for the artists and the patrons already seated, latecomers will be seated only during appropriate breaks in the performance or at the intermission.

For Summer Performances in Weill Hall + Lawn, the lawn opens two hours prior to the performance. Please be aware that if the concert is very busy, please arrive early to access the most convenient parking. Shuttles are provided if the attendance warrants.

The Green Music Center Box Office opens 1 hour prior to all performances and is located adjacent to the Trione Courtyard in front of the Weill Hall entrance.

COAT CHECKS are available in the lobbies of Weill Hall and Schroeder Hall.

LOST AND FOUND items may be claimed from the Seawolf Service Center, located on the ground floor of Salazar Hall in the center of the Sonoma State University campus. If you are seeking lost items, please call 707.664.3957 or 707.664.2308.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, and AUDIO RECORDING of any kind is strictly prohibited in Weill Hall and Schroeder Hall.

WEILL HALL + LAWN PICNIC RESTRICTIONS:  No outside liquids (including water, beer, wine or sodas) may be carried into the hall or onto the lawn. Free water bottle-filling stations are available at the Trione Courtyard in front of Weill Hall and at the South Restrooms. All bags, picnic and otherwise, are subject to search at Weill Hall + Lawn performances.

SMOKING AND USE OF TOBACCO, including e-cigarettes, will be prohibited throughout the campus including at the Green Music Center and in its parking lots. Click here to view Sonoma State's Smoking and Tobacco Free Policy.

PETS are not allowed on the Green Music Center grounds during performances. Service animals are welcome. For more information, please see the Patrons with Disabilities webpage.

FIRST AID SERVICES are available on-site at the Green Music Center. Patrons requiring medical attention should speak to any member of the Guest Services staff.
